Rose Bay Park, located on New South Head Rd in Rose Bay, NSW, is a fantastic dog-friendly area perfect for pet owners looking to enjoy some fresh air and beautiful water views. Dogs are welcome here, and the park is adjacent to a dog-friendly beach, making it an excellent spot for a fun day out with your furry friend. However, it's worth noting that the park can get busy on weekends with picnickers, which may make it challenging to let your dog off-leash as they might be tempted by food. Additionally, keep an eye out for soccer or rugby practices in the fields, as these can also restrict off-leash time. While the park itself is great for dogs, it's important to be aware that specific amenities might not be available, and some details remain unclear. Overall, visitors appreciate the community vibe during weekday mornings and evenings, but the weekend crowds can be a bit hectic. Whether you're there for a leisurely stroll or a playtime session, Rose Bay Park is a welcoming destination for you and your canine companion.

Great local park with water views and adjacent to a dog-friendly beach. Good crew during weekday mornings & evenings. Lots of picnickers on the weekend though, which makes it hard to let your dog off leash if they’re foos stealers. Sometimes there is also soccer or rugby practice in the fields, which can also make it difficult to let the dogs off.
