The far Eastern end after the 'creek' is off leash at East Beach the rest is ON LEASH. Giving one star because people can't follow this simple council rule and many locals with children and on leash dogs are fed up. There have been a few aggressive dogs off leash in on leash areas. No your dog isn't usually friendly 🙄
