A really pretty parkland hidden down away from the main road & noisy traffic. Park at the sports oval & if there are no events happening, the oval is available for dogs to play in a fully fenced area inside whilst off-lead. Please remember that this is not an official dog area & the council have been generous allowing dogs to use this fenced area. The general protocol appears that it's one dog family at a time. Furthermore there are endless pathways to walk along the Diamond Creek River with your pooch. Wildlife appear, farm animals & plenty of other dog walkers on this well used track. The water in the creek is either totally inaccessible & dried up, or flooding the track entirely - all season dependent! Some seating is provided along the path & we spotted a wallaby plus a galah pair. Only one small negative is that at times the walking track can get busy. There are many cyclists & runners, which I know can get overwhelming for some dogs.
