North Lake Park in North Lake, WA, is a fantastic destination for dog owners looking for a place to enjoy nature with their furry friends. This dog-friendly park offers plenty of open space for walking and exploring, though it's important to note that dogs must remain on-lead at all times. While your pup won't be able to roam freely, there are several side trails that lead to the lake, providing opportunities for a refreshing swim. Many visitors, like one reviewer with a dog named Banjo, have found the park to be a great spot for exercise and enjoyment. However, it's worth mentioning that the park is home to tiger snakes, so be cautious and keep your dog out of tall grass areas. The on-lead rule also encourages a more controlled environment, which can be beneficial for owners of reactive dogs. Overall, North Lake Park offers a beautiful setting for walks, with the added fun of water access, so long as you abide by the leash laws and stay aware of the surrounding wildlife. Enjoy your visit!

North Lake is the fullest I have ever seen it currently. Great place to walk the dog. Although it is on-lead only, there are a few opportunities for dogs to have a swim a couple of side trails leading directly to the lake with & my Banjo had a lot of fun. Note: 1) There are lots of tiger snakes here so avoid letting your dog go in the tall grass and 2) I used to live nearby and walk here quite regularly & have noticed a lot of people walk reactive dogs here because it is on-lead only. Please be respectful and adhere to the leash laws.
