About This Park

Located at 300 Beddington Blvd NE in Calgary, AB, this official dog park is a fantastic spot for pet owners looking for a friendly and manageable environment for their furry friends. The park is completely fenced in with two gates, ensuring safety and ease when entering and exiting. It features a few benches for owners to relax on, as well as garbage cans conveniently located near the entrance for waste disposal. Although this smaller park lacks some amenities, the presence of a hill with trees and large rocks provides shade for both dogs and their owners. The park's size makes it ideal for those training their dogs off-leash, allowing for a more comfortable experience. While some users noted the presence of gravel and suggested improvements like a double entrance system, many appreciate the ample parking and nearby walking path for extended outings after playtime. Overall, it's a great basic park perfect for dogs of all sizes.

This is a smaller park, which is great! Completely fenced in, two gates to get in/out. There are a couple benches, garbage cans by the entrance/exit. There is a hill with some trees and large rocks at the bottom for shade. All shapes and sizes of dogs come here, I like it because we are still working with our dogs off leash so it's smaller and makes us more confiwith them. Plenty of parking and a walking path just off the park if you want to continue a walk after letting the pup(s) burn off some energy. There's things it could have better, like a double entrance system but it's a great basic park.
