Welcome to the dog-friendly park located at 2677+WR, Surrey, BC! This park is an excellent spot for dog owners looking to let their furry friends roam and splash around. With an off-leash area and a designated swimming area, your pup will have plenty of opportunities to play, explore, and socialize with other dogs. You can bring toys along for extra fun, and while it's free to enter, just keep in mind that the park doesn't have amenities like water fountains or shaded areas, so be sure to bring water for your dog and plan ahead for your comfort. While some users have raised questions about the leash policies, it seems many dogs enjoy the freedom of running around off-leash, particularly on the beach, even though signs indicate that dogs may not be allowed. Despite some busy times and occasional rowdy gatherings, there is usually space available for you and your dog to enjoy. Just be cautious of the wildlife and remember that while the park is welcoming, it may not have the facilities some dog owners expect. Overall, it’s a vibrant spot where dogs like Bailey can have the time of their life!

Can anyone clarify if this is actually off leash? I go there all the time and there's so many offleash dogs but I hear people say it's not. I know some of it is not city property.
All signs say “no dogs allowed” but there are probably anywhere from 20-50 dogs on the beach at any given time.
Maybe I just always came at bad times (mind you tide was *not*fully out) but the rocky beach was mostly taken by middle aged guys day drinking.
Weekend beach day! It was pretty busy, but it’s a big beach so lots of room. Why do people feel they need to burn the logs at night? Everyone sits on the logs during the day, so it’s disappointing to come down to the beach and see more half charred logs when we have a fire ban due to drought conditions. That said, Bailey had the time of her life playing at the beach today!
