One of our favourite walks! One time Oscar even met 2 other Oscar’s!

Great walk if you're looking for a quick off-leash option and you live nearby. I wouldn't make a special trip out to go here, but it's definitely worth it if you're in the area. It's a short (approx 20 min total) there and back trail with lookout point at the end overlooking the inlet and Vancouver/Burnaby. Situated in between the train yard (separated by a chain link fence) and the river, this trail is off-leash with nice seating areas, swimming spots, and decently large parking lot. Also easily accessible from behind the petsmart on the other side of the train tracks.
