Look, don't get me wrong, it's a green area designated for dogs off leash... but there is no beach access. Most people still disobey the no-beach-access rule and don't get ticketed...
Usually not too busy, there is lots of traffic (foot cyclists and occasional car while not being fenced in. Generally safe & clean and not super muddy
