Located at 70 Edgedale Rd, in St. Catharines, ON, this official dog park offers a spacious and enjoyable environment for you and your furry friend. The park features a large open field with lush grass, allowing your dog ample space to run and explore. However, be aware that the entrance to the big dog area is somewhat hidden, requiring a bit of a trek from the parking lot. A hose is conveniently located near the entrance to clean off your dog, but you might find the area a bit muddy. Note that there are no waste bag stations available, so it's essential to bring your own. User reviews indicate a generally positive experience, with many praising the park for its open space and leash-free area, making it ideal for energetic dogs. However, some concerns arise regarding the behavior of certain dog owners. You may encounter busy times in the summer with a mix of trained and untrained dogs, which can lead to unwanted interactions. Overall, the park provides a great opportunity for your dog to socialize and practice recall in a fenced area, especially when it's less crowded.

Big open field with nice grass. However, the entrance to the big dog area is hidden around the corner from the parking area and requires a trek through the field. There are no poop bags stations so bring your own bags. One nice perk is that there is a hose to clean your dog near the entrance/exit, but is in a mud pit so it isn't super effective.
Lots of open space and areas to explore. Leash free area is really big.
Great place lots of fun and lots of room to run.
the dog park itself is great the owners on the other hand are not, we went one time when it was empty my dog was just playing, this girl comes in with her pug in the big dog area instead of the small dog area where she was supposed to be and then my dog trys to play with hers and her pug attacked my dog. She then goes “oh im sorry he has a hurt foot so he’s grumpy” if you know hes grumpy in the first place do not take him.
Busy park in the summer lots of untrained dogs, otherwise usually next to empty and great fenced in area to practice recall with my puppy
