Welcome to your canine's new favorite spot! Located at 2001 Lake Shore Blvd W in Toronto, this official dog park is fully fenced and boasts an inviting off-leash area where your pup can run free and play. With plenty of seating areas and shaded spots to relax, you can enjoy watching your furry friend have a blast. Plus, there's free parking nearby, and entry is completely free as well — making it a convenient spot for daily adventures together. The park is well-lit at night, so you can visit after sunset too! Keep in mind, though, that this park may not have the variety of features some dogs love—there's no water fountain, obstacles, or separation between big and small dogs. Some users have pointed out that the lack of trees and grass means dogs who enjoy sniffing and exploring natural elements might not engage as much as they would in a greener park. However, for high-energy pups who love to run and fetch, this park is ideal! With a 4.2-star rating based on user reviews, it's worth a visit, especially if your dog loves to sprint in a secure environment.

Pros: park is extremely well fenced off with wire fencing around the entire perimeter. Cons: because there are no trees or other natural objects at the park, my dog does not engage with the park the same way she would at a grass park. This would be a great park for dogs who love to run and play fetch. However if your dog likes to sniff and explore natural features, there are other parks (like Humber Bay west) that are better suited.
