Located at 2J9R+HR3 in Sneek, Netherlands, this dog-friendly park offers a lovely space for you and your canine companion to enjoy. Set against picturesque views of fields and water, the park features ample open areas for your dog to run and play freely. While it is a shared space, you’ll find that most visitors are friendly and their dogs have good recall, allowing for a pleasant experience. The park includes a single long path for walking, which can be traversed in either direction, though it lacks a loop. If you're in the mood for a circular route, you can return through the adjoining neighborhood, although off-leash walking is not permitted there. One note for dog owners: while the park is largely enjoyable, some users have mentioned the close proximity of neighboring backyards, which can occasionally lead to dogs rushing up to the fence, causing a bit of unease. Nevertheless, many have rated it 4/5 for its scenic views and the accommodating environment for dogs. Just be mindful of the park's layout and the surrounding areas while planning your visit!

This is a lovely space by the water with picturesque views over the fields. The park is a shared area, so you may encounter cyclists, people using the fitness equipment, or children playing on the playgrounds. There are plenty of open areas where your dog can run and play freely. All the people I've encountered so far are nice and their dogs have a decent recall. However, the park only has a single path, meaning you can walk up and down but not in a loop. That said, the path is quite long. If you prefer a circular route, you can return through the nearby neighborhood, though it isn’t an off-leash zone. I enjoy walking up and down, and it takes me about 50 minutes. While walking along the path is enjoyable, some might find the close proximity of neighboring backyards a bit bothersome. Occasionally, dogs from these yards rush up to the fence, which can be unsettling. A bit more buffer space between the path and the properties would have made it a lot better. 3/5 for me
