While this site says this is a dog park, it’s a sacred site and despite going up the mount (for the views), I’ve not often seen dogs up there. This might just be happen stance as the crater of the mount is grassed and there are other areas a dog could run around happily. Be particularly careful if your dog isn’t good with lots of people as the steps up the mount can get very busy.
