Parque Canino Electra

Welcome to the official dog park located in Gijón, Spain (G8MP+26)! This well-equipped park provides a fantastic space for you and your furry friend to enjoy. With a water fountain to keep your pup hydrated, ample seating areas for owners to relax, and shaded spots to escape the sun, it’s a great place for dogs to socialize. The park is wheelchair accessible and offers free entry, making it welcoming for all visitors. Dogs are encouraged to bring their own toys, and there's lighting available for those evening strolls, ensuring safety after dark. While the park has many wonderful amenities, it is important to note that it is not fully fenced and does not have designated areas for big or small dogs, so keep an eye on your companion during their playtime. There are no obstacles or a double-gated entrance for added safety, and you’ll need to bring your own poop bags for clean-up. Currently, we do not have specific answers regarding off-leash areas or trails, so it’s a good idea to keep your dog leashed unless you're sure of the rules. Overall, this park is a delightful place to spend time with your dog, but just be prepared to supervise them closely!
