While Hulton Abbey Park has the potential for a great day out with your dog, recent reviews highlight some concerning issues. Visitors have reported significant fly-tipping and litter throughout the park, which can detract from its overall charm and could pose hazards for dogs. Additionally, the presence of off-road bikers has been mentioned, which may create an uncomfortable environment for some dog owners. Despite these challenges, the park remains a large space where you can enjoy time with your dog, provided you are mindful of its current conditions. Historically, Hulton Abbey Park is set around the remnants of a former medieval abbey, adding a point of interest for visitors who appreciate the blend of nature and history. The park’s expansive grounds were once part of the abbey’s estate, making it a place rich with stories from the past that may still entice those who wish to explore the area.

Hulton Abbey Park..Big Park based in Stoke on Trent . Uk. lots of open fields ,pond. Plenty of parking . Unfortunately spoilt by the huge amount of fly tipping everywhere, even in the children's play areas..Big household waste to.We won't be revisiting this park as there was lots of glass smashed around the footpaths ....a shame..would be a nice area if it didn't resemble a rubbish tip. Also lots of off road bikers razzing up and down the road and around the park itself, churning up the grass . Very wet, very muddy ,not a very nice area at all. If I could give it no stars I would. 👎
