Though dogs aren't allowed off leads and there aren't certain areas that you can't go with your dog, it's still a beautiful place to walk. I would suggest taking your own water and bowl as there is or I've never seen water available.
Dogs aren't allowed off lead in blenheim palace grounds, but they are so vast the likely hood of you getting stopped by someone is unlikely.
