Although we live locally we only discovered Evenley Wood Gardens when we were all finally let out after COVID lockdown. We wanted somewhere peaceful without crowds to walk with our two Border Collies. There is an entrance fee for the day but we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere so much we took out a family season ticket. Excellent value as we visit often. There are picnic areas with seating and places to shelter should the British weather strike. Plenty of poop bins nearby too. Human loos as well. You can buy drinks, cake and ice creams at the Shed. In some areas the paths are natural and in others they are matted. There is a fenced childrens play area to visit. Take a picnic and enjoy the flowers and bird song.
