Love this park! Has great walking paths around and through the park. Access to the lake where your dog can easily get in and out of the water. Lots of parking. Good fencing. The prairie in the middle is well maintained so you won’t lose your medium+ size dog. And good cell reception if you want to have a chat with a friend while doing the loop (about a 20 min walk). Only downside is there are always at least a few people in the park walking their dogs and doing laps who don’t notice when their dog goes #2 and don’t clean it up. So beware!
This used to be our regular park and I miss it! So much wildlife in the area. Two swim docks. Adjacent to a dog friendly trail. Biggest complaint is the gravel road to get to the park that almost always has pot holes.
