Be prepared for a bit of a slope, as the grass can be inconsistent at times. Don't worry about finding poop bags; they're provided, and friendly dogs and their owners usually fill the park with a pleasant atmosphere. Just remember to bring your own water, as the fountain is only for dogs. With free parking and entry, this park offers a great space for socializing and play, but be sure to bring a ball or toys, just in case! Has separated large and small dog areas as well as a fenced off portion to separate entering dogs from the off leash portion so no one escapes. Has water bowls from both sides that have a faucet to refill. No water fountain for humans, closest is down by the baseball field. No protection from exposure, only shade options are some trees. Large dog section has a bench as well as a metal picnic table, small dog section has one bench. Erosion of sand, so there is quite a slope, the grass doesn’t always want to grow. There are sometimes toys and tennis balls, but some people are assholes and steal from the park. Overall, okay I guess, the people and dogs are all usually pleasant and nice. Bring a ball just in case there aren’t any.
