This spacious, fully fenced park offers separate areas for big and small dogs, as well as an off-leash area where your pup can run free and play to their heart’s content. While there’s plenty of room for your dog to enjoy, remember to bring your own water as the park does not have a water fountain. Don’t forget your dog toys and a Chuckit for some serious fetch time! With a 4.5-star rating from DogPack reviews, visitors love the clean, wide-open fields and the maintained gravel paths perfect for leisurely strolls with your pup. Just keep in mind that it’s not an ideal spot for socializing, but it offers magnificent space for dogs to chase balls or roll around. Although the park is easily accessible, be aware of potholes in the parking area and the gravel road leading to the park, especially during poor weather. This place is huge. We had a great time while we were here. We were the only dogs it was very clean. The only downside is you need to bring your own water.

HUGE fully fenced dog park. Big/small separation. 2 benches and a shaded picnic table area. Dog dishes, but no water. Must bring your own water. Poop bags and trash cans available. Double gated main entrance. Must enter through the big dog area, turn right and go approx 25 feet to a single gate entrance to the smaller, separate small dog section. Both big and small areas have nice gravel paths to walk on and large open spaces of scrub grass for the dogs to really run. The big dog park walkway goes all the way around and also cuts through the middle of the park. I found if you walk the pathway in a figure 8, it’s almost exactly a half mile. Prairie loves this park for running, sniffing and rolling around. She will play with other dogs, but not often here. Most dogs seem to act about the same. Not a great park for socializing, but awesome for all the open space and tall secure fencing. Perfect for the ball chasing dogs. Bring your Chuckit! No obstacles, stumps, rocks, etc for the dogs to play on. Just open space. Good sized gravel parking area. Sometimes has big potholes, but it is maintained on occasion. Park is located a 1/8 mile past a ball park area. No bathrooms near the dog park, but there is an outhouse behind the ball field. A bit of a walk to get to it though. To get to the dog park involves about a mile drive on a gravel road. Like the parking lot, sometimes the road is rough with potholes and wear. Very passable though unless there are several inches of snow. Road is also maintained a handful of times throughout the year. The area around the park is slowly being developed, but still very rural at this time. Open space and cow fields mostly. The area around the park has some gravel roads and open fields that I often see people walking their dogs on. Lots of space here. Accessibility: a couple handicap parking spots closest to the entrance and nice gravel walkways to the entrance. I a little rough for a wheelchair, but for most it’s very doable. Entrance and walkway inside the park is wheelchair and stroller friendly, though I think the rules say no strollers. I have seen them many times here. I think bikes and similar are a big no no. If it’s rained heavily or snowed, the walkways are NOT wheelchair passable. Can get pretty soggy and mud puddles at the entrance and some other areas around the park.
