Located in Washington, DC 20032, this official dog park offers a space for your furry friend to play and socialize. However, potential visitors should be aware of some concerns highlighted in recent user reviews. The park features sharp rubber ground materials that can get uncomfortably hot in the summer, leading to burns and cuts on your dog's paws, along with some sharp rocks scattered throughout the area. While there is access to water bowls, many users have noted that the lack of stocked poop bags and limited shade can detract from the overall experience. It's essential to keep these factors in mind when planning your visit, especially during hotter months.

Definitely could be better. Unfortunately the sharp rubber pieces on the ground get hot in the summer and also cut some pups paws. There’s also never any poop bags stocked and not enough shade. We enjoy the water bowls though.
The ground is made of sharp rubber wood chips that leave burn makes and cuts on my pups paws. There are also a lot of sharp rocks.
