Gorgeous beach and always a fun time. Expect lots of people and dogs, but everyone tends to be friendly. Dogs are allowed off leash any time October - April, and in the morning and evenings all summer. You do have to have an Ottawa county parks pass or pay for a day pass during the summer. October - April it’s free.
