Ok. There's a front area or dogs on leash, there is a center circle for pooping, and there is a back area for off leash. I didn't see any water fountains but they had poop bags. It looked like a park largely for the residents of the big apartment building next door. A pretty big space overall but there is fencing between the three sections to segregate them. I was there at dusk and the mosquitoes were pretty bad.
