This park seems well-maintained and has a lot of open space for running. There are some natural “trails” to walk (from dogs running the same paths and wearing down the grass/snow). The entry is conveniently placed, my dogs enjoyed their visit. There was a crabby woman that gave us attitude when my dogs tried to play with hers last time we went, but hopefully she will not bother you haha. This park is a pretty solid ice block in the winter so grippy shoes or attachments like YakTrax would be very helpful to maintaining your traction.
