I'm there a lot with my 2 dogs. There is sometimes an older woman that's with her Shih Tzu and Husky. Both are typically off leash, (multiple posting that say 'Pets must be kept on leash at all times) but she will leash them when near another person. The little dog does lunge and pull to get to you when passing. Would NOT recommend if your dog is reactive. But it is a fun trail to walk! It surrounds 2 ponds and is near restaurants!
