Love to take my pups to Starr park for the most part dogs need to be on a leash. On days that there are little to no people I take my dog off leash. If you take your pups off leash just be careful they have horse/ cow manure, and your dogs might get a lil dirty if they roll in there also watch out for rainy days, your pups will be muddy !
