Located at 400 Baylawn Ave in Copiague, NY, this official dog park offers a welcoming environment for your furry friends to play and socialize. The park features two distinct areas: one designated for large dogs and another for small dogs, ensuring that your pet can enjoy a safe space appropriate for their size. While the park generally maintains a clean and friendly atmosphere with plenty of other dogs to socialize with, some users have pointed out that the gate in the large dog area has a gap that may be too wide for medium-sized dogs, leading some owners to prefer the small dog area instead. Overall, this park is praised for its cleanliness and the opportunity for dogs to engage in playful interactions. If you're a dog owner looking for a convenient local spot for your pet to enjoy some off-leash time, this park may be a great choice, just keep in mind the gate issue if you have a medium-sized dog.

Nice local park. There is two areas. One for large dogs and one for small. But the gate in the large park has a gap way too big for medium dogs. So we go to the small area. Always clean and plenty of other dogs to play with.
