Best off leash dog park in the area. Plenty of wide open green space and trail access to the Fairmount Park trails.
Beautiful open area with easy to hike loop around outer edge
Amazing park set-up: large open field that is encircled in an easy hiking trail through the forest. The area is not fenced but it's far enough from the street to be worried about dogs running into any danger. There is also plenty of free parking. The only downside is there's no water available for dogs - be sure to bring some for your pup!
