The park has a member side and a non-member side. The member side can get pretty muddy but it does have water and toys and some obstacles. There is a dedicated group of people that go there every day at 3:00. The entrance seems to have fallen into disrepair and there are some hazardous mud holes which is why I subtracted a star.
