Located in Amarillo, TX 79101, the official dog park offers a cozy, fenced area for your furry friends to socialize and explore. It’s situated within a larger park, making it a nice spot overall, but visitors should be aware of a few concerns. Some recent user reviews mention that the park may not be the best choice for nighttime visits due to the presence of homeless individuals; however, many have reported that they typically leave patrons alone. Additionally, during certain times of the year, there tends to be a mosquito infestation, which can make visits less enjoyable. Overall, while it’s a decent option for daytime outings, dog owners should take these factors into consideration when planning their park visits.

It's a nice small fenced in area for dogs inside of a nice park. Although I would not go there at night because of all the homeless people that stay at the park. They tend to leave you alone but better to be safe than sorry. Also there is a mosquito infestation at certain times of the year. I am sorry I do not remember which times of the year. Once I went there and got bitten a lot of times I stopped going to that dog park. Nothing wrong with it otherwise.
