I enjoy this park for my dog. It has a fenced in area for her to run and meet other dogs and dog friendly trails outside of the fenced area (on-leash). You can take a 1 mile trail to the beach out looking Puget sound. It can get muddy at times. There are trees also surrounding the fenced area so usually there is some shade for the dogs to hangout in depending on the time.
