Considering the amazing potential this park has, I find it depressing and disappointing. The space looks like it was wiped out with a nuclear bomb and the walk to the water stinks to high heaven in April. The waterfront is lackluster and overrun with Karen dog owners.
Great dog park! Access to the small beach on Lake Washington isn't obvious to the uninitiated, but just follow the northern fenceline and you'll get there. Just arrived in the area a couple weeks ago and been here 10 times or so, so far. Haven't met a bad dog or owner yet. Good times!
