Start your 7-day free trial today. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan price unless cancelled before the trial ends. To avoid being charged through the App Store, cancellation may need to be completed at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play/App Store settings.

How long does it take for my plan benefits to appear?
We review all verification requests within 12-24 hours to make sure each profile is valid. Once your verification is approved, you'll receive a notification and email confirmation, and your plan benefits will be applied to your profile.
Do my benefits apply on both the website and mobile app?
Yes. Once your request is approved, your benefits will apply across both the DogPack website and mobile app. Some benefits, such as SEO visibility for business profiles, are only relevant to the web platform.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime by emailing us at [email protected], and we'll handle it for you. Cancellation stops future renewals, but your benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
As a Premium Business account, do I pay DogPack commissions on bookings or leads?
No. DogPack does not take commissions on bookings, leads, or customers you receive through your business profile. Your Premium Business plan helps promote your business across DogPack, and you keep 100% of the value from any customers you receive.
Do Magic Photo Filter credits work on the website?
No. Magic Photo Filters are currently only available in the DogPack mobile app. Since this feature is not available on the web platform, your photo filter credits can only be used in the mobile app.
Will I be charged immediately when I start the free trial?
No. You will only be charged after your free trial ends in 7 days. If you cancel before the trial period is over, you will not be charged.
When is the Enterprise plan relevant?
The Enterprise plan is designed for businesses with more than 3 locations. If your business has multiple locations, you can schedule a call with our partner team to discuss the best plan for your needs.
Are these plans related to becoming a Marketplace Seller?
No. These plans are for user profiles and business profiles on the DogPack app and website. If you are interested in becoming a Marketplace Seller, please contact the DogPack partner team.
