After managing Kelly's Hotel Cranbourne, The Berwick Inn & The Langwarrin Hotel over the previous 25 odd years it was time to do it alone. Tony started Tides Bar and Grill in 2010 taking over the business to make it his own. In 2015, Tony and Rochelle purchased the freehold and during the past 8 years making use of every lockdown, we were able to renovate and show what Tides stands for today.
