Edmonton Humane Society

The Edmonton Humane Society (EHS) is a community-focused, non-profit animal shelter that enriches the lives of people and companion animals. Established in 1907, we connect pets with loving homes through adoptions and support pet guardians with services like training, spay/neuter programs, pet rehoming support, emergency boarding, and our pet food bank. We also offer youth education programs, a self-serve dog wash, and an on-site dog park. While we work closely with municipal animal services, EHS is an independent charitable organization.
