About This Service
Gentle Pets Program is designed to create a unique opportunity for supported youth and adults develop skills to care and foster a love for animals. While incorporating animal assisted therapy into Hearthstone Community Group daily life, this social enterprise also offers a chance for people in the community to connect and enhance their participation. This creates opportunity for individuals living with cognitive disabilities to build rapport and new social relationships.
