Penelope's cafe sits alongside the Mon & Brecon canal. We offer Barista coffee, alcohol, cakes, hot/cold food. Open weekdays 10am-4pm (Closed Mon) & Weekends 10am-4.30pm. Dogs very welcome 🐕 kitchen closes 30 mins before closing.
