Northwest Obedience Club, an all volunteer, not-for-profit organization*, has helped individuals to train their dogs to become better household companions for over 70 years. NOCI was founded in 1953 by a group of individuals that trained in the backyard of Dr. and Mrs. Justin Fleischmann. Dave Terrill, another member of this group, helped locate their first “training hall” located at the Palatine Fire Station.
