About This Service
House of Hounds was established in 2024 by Michael Harper. Mr. Harper has over 7 years in the dog training industry. He began right here in Oklahoma and trained K9’s in urban search and rescue (USAR). After gaining a wonderful foundation he has progressed into all facets of dog training with an emphasis on behavioral adjustment. We believe that in order to change a behavior you must first understand the root cause of that behavior to have a long lasting change.
