If you're looking for a dog-friendly spot in Stoke-on-Trent, the park located at ST3 6BF is a great choice for a day out with your furry friend. This park offers a welcoming atmosphere for dogs, featuring off-leash areas and dog-friendly trails that allow for plenty of exploration and sniffing around. While there’s no onsite parking, many users have mentioned finding street parking close by. The shaded areas are perfect for a warm day stroll; just remember to keep an eye out for other off-leash dogs, as some owners might not have complete control over their pets. Though amenities like water fountains and seating areas are absent, the park provides a clean and spacious environment for dogs to enjoy themselves. Pet parents appreciate the mix of main paths and smaller wooded tracks, ensuring plenty of space to roam while keeping things interesting. Users have noted the friendly atmosphere, but just be cautious of interactions with off-leash dogs, especially those that may be reactive. Historically, Stoke-on-Trent is famous for its pottery production, and while the park may not reflect this directly, it’s a great place to escape the urban hustle and enjoy nature. With a blend of urban charm and serene walking paths, you can make the most of your outing here, all while soaking in a bit of local history.

First visit here today. Lots of woods to explore.....main path to stick to or you can go down and around little tracks throughout the woods. Couldn't find an actual carpark for here so parked down a side road. Was a really good walk ,lots of space, shade and smells for lola...I carried bobs through the muddy parts coz he's only got little legs and doesnt like getting dirty ...lovely and clean...no rubbish about....spoilt only by one inconsiderate woman who allowed her dog who was off lead to come and attack lola who was on lead..who then blamed the fact her dog only attacked because of mine 'being on a lead'? Unfortunately these types of idiot owners can be found in any dog area as we know 😕. Annoying but not uncommon...would still visit again despite this...lovely place, just be aware of the off lead ,dog reactive dogs with moronic owners . I did meet some lovely owners too who's dogs were very friendly .
