To place an order, simply select a product you would like to purchase and click on it to view the product details. From there, choose any required options (such as size or quantity), then click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.

No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can complete your purchase as a guest.

However, if you would like to track your order, view updates, or manage your purchases, you will need to log into an existing account or create one using the same email address used during checkout.

Yes. You can add products from different sellers to your cart. During checkout, your order will be processed accordingly, but items may be fulfilled and shipped separately by each seller.

Once your order is completed, you will see a confirmation screen on the website. You will also receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to make changes directly. If you need to update your order depending on the seller’s policies. We recommend contacting the seller as soon as possible or referring to the cancellation options in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations section. You can view all of your orders by logging into your DogPack account and navigating to your orders section. There, you will see a full history of your purchases and their current status.
