My Plan – Do I need to subscribe to a plan for my products to be available on the platform?
Yes. Subscribing to a plan is a required part of the onboarding process in order for your store and products to go live on DogPack.
You can choose a monthly subscription or receive a discounted rate by selecting an annual plan. DogPack charges a minimal subscription fee of $4.99 USD per month. This helps keep the platform secure and ensures that sellers actively maintain their store and product listings.
Security – How can I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on my account?
In the seller panel, go to Account Settings > Security. From there, you’ll have the option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Once enabled, you’ll be required to enter a verification code in addition to your password when logging in. For best security practices, we strongly recommend setting this up immediately after completing onboarding.
