How can potential buyers or existing customers message me on DogPack?
All messaging happens directly on the DogPack platform. Buyers can contact you by clicking the Message button on your seller page.
If you are offline when a buyer sends a message, you will receive an email notification letting you know you have a new message.
The same applies to buyers: if they are offline when you reply, they will receive an email notifying them that you responded.
This ensures all communication stays centralized, organized, and easy to track for both you and your customers.
What is the difference between a Verified user and a Guest user?
A Verified user is someone who is fully registered on DogPack and has a confirmed account. They have access to all platform features and their profile is tied to a real, authenticated user.
A Guest user is someone who started a conversation without completing full account verification. They can still message you, but their account is more limited until they finish setting up their profile.
Both can contact you, but Verified users represent fully active members of the DogPack community.
