You can leave a review directly on the product page after purchasing an item. If you are logged into your DogPack account, you can also leave a review from your orders section, where you’ll see the option to review items you’ve purchased.
Where are reviews displayed?
Reviews are displayed on each product page, allowing you to see feedback from other buyers before making a purchase. This helps you better understand the quality and experience associated with a product.
How are store ratings calculated?
A store’s overall rating is based on a combination of reviews collected on DogPack and verified reviews from other platforms. This aggregated rating provides a more complete view of the seller’s reputation.
How can I contact a seller before or after purchasing?
You can message a seller directly by visiting their store page and using the messaging option. This allows you to ask questions about products, shipping, or any other details before or after placing an order.
Where will I receive replies from a seller?
If you are logged into your DogPack account, replies from sellers will be sent directly to your inbox within the DogPack app. You will also receive a notification when a new message is received so you can easily stay updated.
