Do all items in my order arrive together?
Not always. If you order products from multiple sellers, each seller will fulfill and ship their items separately. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
Each shipment will have its own tracking details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the seller of the product. Depending on the store, shipping may be calculated in two ways:
Carrier rates: The cost is calculated automatically based on the weight of the items, the shipping destination, and the selected carrier.
Flat rates: The seller sets a fixed shipping price, which may include conditions such as free shipping over a certain order value.
The exact shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the seller, the shipping method selected, and your location. Some sellers may process and ship orders quickly, while others may require additional handling time.
You will typically see estimated delivery timelines at checkout or after your order has been placed. Once shipped, tracking updates will give you a more accurate delivery estimate.
Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Yes. Once your order has been fulfilled by the seller, you will receive tracking information via email. If you are logged into your DogPack account, you can also view tracking details directly within your orders section.
Tracking updates may include when the package has been shipped, is in transit, and when it is out for delivery.
Why haven’t I received tracking information yet?
Tracking information is only available after the seller has fulfilled your order and generated a shipping label. If your order is still being processed, tracking details may not be available yet.
If there is a delay beyond the expected processing time, you can contact the seller directly through DogPack for an update.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to update the shipping address. If you need to make a change, you should contact the seller as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
After the order has been shipped, address changes are typically no longer possible.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. If your package is delayed, you can use your tracking link to check the latest status.
If the delay seems unusual or there are no updates for an extended period, you can contact the seller for further assistance.
What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
First, check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management, as packages are sometimes left in safe places.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact the seller through DogPack. They can help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and guide you on the next steps.
